THE ADVENTURE PARK AT NASHVILLE

Nashville’s newest and largest adventure park offers fun for all ages and abilities. There’s a specially designed playground for 3- to 6-year-olds while thrill-seekers ages 7+ can climb to reach ziplines on a self-guided tree-to-tree climbing adventure, enjoy roughly 156 treetop platforms connected by bridges, ropes courses, ladders, 16 ziplines and other crossings. VISIT THE “SECRET CITY”

In Oak Ridge, TN, just a 2.5-hour drive from Nashville you’ll find the site of “the single most significant event of the 20th century,” the development of the atomic bomb and introduction of the Nuclear Age. You may know it as the Manhattan Project. At this National Historical Park you can tour the world’s oldest nuclear reactor and learn the amazing stories of people, events, science, and engineering that changed the world. Find out more.

SPRING BREAK FUN FEST ON SKYDECK

A little closer to home, on Tuesday, March 15, Skydeck is hosting tons of kid-friendly activities like carnival games, Slap Shot Hockey Game with the Nashville Predators, Build Your Own Robot, Lego Bingo and much more! This is a FREE event, but there’s a package available that includes a Hall Pass for lunch inside the Hall, a souvenir cup for juice or soda, and a much-deserved cocktail for Mom or Dad. ROCK ‘N ROLL SPRING BREAK BOOTCAMP

Got a budding musician in the family? School of Rock is holding their first-ever 5-day camp for future rock stars ages 10-17. They’ll learn the music of Rock ‘N Roll icons such as The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones and will perform a live concert for family and friends at the end of camp. March 14-18, 2022. LANE MOTOR MUSEUM

Check out 150 unique cars and motorcycles and the largest European collection in the U.S. The vehicles date from the early 1900s all the way up to modern day and feature a varied collection of microcars, amphibious vehicles, military vehicles, alternative fuel vehicles, prototypes, one-of-a-kind vehicles and motorcycles. There’s even one with a propeller! During Start Your Engines! on Saturday, March 19, you’ll get all the sounds (and smells) as volunteers start a different engine every half hour. Vroom, vroom!
