Calling all fiddlers and fans! The 54th Annual Grand Master Fiddler Championship is coming to Franklin, TN this weekend (11/8-9/2025) and it’s FREE. Contestants from all over the world will compete for Champion titles. Don’t miss the JAM Session area both days where you can play, listen, eat, drink and more! Details here.

2. SHOP ‘TIL YOU DROP

After a 5-year hiatus, the legendary City Farmhouse Fall Pop-up Fair is BACK at the beautiful new open-air venue at Bicentennial Park in Downtown Franklin, Tennessee! This two-day fall extravaganza was named one of the top five events to attend by Southern Living, a top event to attend in Tennessee by Garden & Gun, Country Living says “It’s Worth the Trip!”.  Friday-Saturday, November 7-8.

If you don’t find everything you want there—or you’re having too much fun to stop—you can also celebrate all things fall at the Nashville Fall Craft & Vendor Market, featuring local vendors, cozy seasonal treats, and perfect finds for every autumn occasion. Saturday-Sunday, November 8-9.

3. GO ON A SCAVENGER HUNT

Discover Franklin’s secrets in the Franklin Scavenger Hunt, an App-guided walking tour (plus trivia and quizzes!) suitable for all ages that you can do anytime.  Learn about Civil War battles and even get to know a little bit about one of Hank Williamsʼ granddaughters! Are you game for some theatrical fun or perhaps craving a taste of history on Main Street? Choose the Hincheyville Scavenger Hunt to wander past iconic sites that whisper tales of yesteryears while keeping an eye out for a famous house with a storied past. Who knows? Maybe your group will end up on their leaderboard!

4. HONOR A VETERAN

The City of Franklin will remember and honor all veterans at its Veterans’ Day Parade in Downtown Franklin on November 11. The Parade begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. at West The parade route travels down Main Street, from Five Points to Second Avenue

5. TRY YOUR HAND AT SINGO

What is Singo, you ask? It’s part bingo, part music trivia, and all fun! This family-friendly event is free to play every Monday from 7-9 PM at McCreary’s Irish Pub & Eatery in Franklin, TN and on Thursday nights at their Columbia location. McCreary’s promises “Great beer, great food, good vibes, and your shot at SINGO glory!” Why not give it a whirl?

6. PULL ON YOUR BOOTS AND HEAD TO THE RODEO

The Franklin Stampede Pro Rodeo is an action-packed adrenaline-pumping event featuring top cowboys and cowgirls riding for points and prize money as they compete to qualify for the International Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma. The two-day event includes broncs and bulls, cowgirl barrel racing, calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping, trick riders, bull fighters, rodeo clowns, mutton bustin’ for the kids, food, vendors, a top-notch award-winning announcer, and much more!
